1. Our marks
Allot, the Allot logo, and the AM Systems name are trademarks of AM Systems LLC. You may not use them without written permission, except to refer to the Service truthfully (for example, in a review).
2. Bank and merchant names and logos
Allot shows the names and logos of banks, card issuers and merchants (for example, on an account you connected or a transaction you recorded) solely to help you recognize your own accounts and purchases. Those names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean those companies sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Allot, and we make no claim to them.
Logos are displayed at small sizes, unaltered, only next to the account or transaction they identify, and never in our marketing.
3. Requests from rights holders
If you own a mark shown in Allot and would like it displayed differently or removed, email support@allot-app.com with the mark, where it appears, and your relationship to the owner. We act on good-faith requests promptly, normally within 10 business days.
4. Copyright complaints
If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@allot-app.com that identifies the work, the material you want removed and where it appears, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We respond to complete notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
