This page lists every cookie and similar technology used by allot-app.com and the Allot apps, operated by AM Systems LLC. The short version: we use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing that tracks you across other sites.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
Because this cookie is essential, no consent banner is required and there is no setting to disable it other than signing out.
- allot_session: keeps you signed in. Set when you log in, HttpOnly and Secure, sent only to allot-app.com, expires when your session ends (30 days of inactivity) or when you sign out. Without it the Service cannot work.
2. Local storage on your device
The web app remembers a few preferences in your browser's local storage, such as your last used account, collapsed sections, dismissed notices and the guided tour state. These never leave your device and are cleared when you clear site data.
The iPhone, iPad and Mac apps store equivalent preferences on the device and, for widgets, a small snapshot of your headline numbers in a container only Allot can read.
3. Cookies we do not use
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
- No third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no session recording).
4. Third parties that may set their own cookies
When you use a feature that hands off to a partner, that partner may set cookies under its own policy while you are on its screens: Plaid when you connect a bank, Stripe when you check out on the web, and Apple, Google or Microsoft when you sign in with them. We do not read those cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent login.
6. Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
