AM Systems LLC wants Allot to work for everyone. We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on the web, and to Apple's accessibility guidelines in the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.
1. What we do
- Every image and icon-only control has a text description.
- Everything you can do with a pointer you can do with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
- The apps support VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion and Bold Text.
- We test with VoiceOver and keyboard-only navigation before releases.
2. Known limitations
Some charts convey information visually; the same numbers are always available as text nearby or in the tables and lists that accompany them. Third-party screens (Plaid, Stripe, Apple, Google, Microsoft sign-in) are outside our control.
3. Tell us
If anything in Allot is hard to use with assistive technology, email support@allot-app.com with the screen and what happened. We reply within two business days and treat accessibility fixes as bugs, not requests.
